Definitions:
Townhouse: A townhouse sleeps a total of 8 people. There are 4 semi private bedrooms (2 twin-sized beds per room) within a townhouse. Each townhouse has a kitchen and a living room, as well as 2 full bathrooms.
Child: A person under 14 years old (registrants beginning grade 8 in September 2025 can choose whether to join the adult or children sessions; fee depends on rooming situation)
Which meals are included in my registration fee?
2 lunches and 2 dinners.

Are meals included for children under 3?
No, just like during previous years' Summer Camps, meals are not provided for children under 3 years old. Parents will need to provide food for their children under 3 years old.
Do children under 14 get a bed?
A bed will be provided for children ages of 4-13 years old. A bed is not provided for children 3 years old and younger. Note: Children younger than 14 years old must share a room with a parent, unless they are beginning grade 8 in September 2025.
How do I know what my total cost is?
Upon submitting the form, click View score to display your total camp cost. It will be displayed as Total points XXX / 285, where XXX will be your total camp cost.
Note: Please ignore the 285.
How do I pay for summer camp?
Please e-transfer your camp fee to english.ministry@lbcm.ca. In the e-transfer message, please clearly indicate that the payment is for LBCM Summer Camp (English Congregation), list the registrants the payment is for.
